Privacy Policy
Last updated: April 18, 2026
1. Information We Collect
We collect account information, authentication and session data, service usage data, and anti-fraud or security data such as device fingerprint, IP address, browser/device information, and rate-limit records. We also process uploaded images, prompts, generated outputs, and support communications that you choose to send us.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to provide and operate the service, process sign-in and billing, deliver generated results, prevent abuse and fraud, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not use your uploads or generated outputs to train our models. We do not use them for marketing without your consent.
3. Analytics, Cookies, and Logs
We may use cookies, local storage, analytics tools, and server logs to keep you signed in, measure performance, understand traffic patterns, detect abuse, and improve the user experience. Some of these technologies are provided by third parties acting on our behalf.
We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand page views, clicks, scrolling behavior, heatmaps, and session replay. We use this information to improve product quality, debug broken flows, and optimize the website. You can change analytics preferences from the Cookie Settings control in the footer. Microsoft Clarity data is handled under Microsoft's privacy statement.
We configure parts of the interface to reduce collection of sensitive content in session replay tools, including masking text entered into common input and textarea fields. No analytics or replay tool should be considered suitable for highly sensitive or regulated information. Do not submit medical, government-issued, financial account, or other highly sensitive personal data unless we clearly request it as part of a supported workflow.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Stripe handles payment details according to its own terms and policies.
5. Service Providers and Data Sharing
To operate AnimeGen.ai, we rely on providers such as Cloudflare, Stripe, Google OAuth, Resend, and Fal. These providers may process information on our behalf as needed to host the service, authenticate users, deliver emails, process payments, generate outputs, prevent abuse, or support the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, security, or property.
Provider categories may include hosting and infrastructure vendors, authentication providers, payment processors, email delivery providers, analytics and diagnostics providers, fraud prevention vendors, and AI generation providers. They may access data only as needed to perform services for us, subject to their terms and applicable law.
6. International Users
AnimeGen.ai is available worldwide. By using the service, you understand that your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including countries where our service providers operate.
Where required, we rely on contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards reasonably designed to protect personal data during cross-border transfers. Data protection laws may differ from those in your country of residence.
7. Data Retention and Account Deletion
If you request account deletion, we aim to delete your account data and user content promptly. We may retain limited records for fraud prevention, security, payment disputes, chargebacks, tax or accounting purposes, legal compliance, and enforcement of our Terms.
8. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, object to, restrict, or port certain personal data. You may request account deletion through available account controls or by contacting support.
You may manage browser-side controls including cookie and analytics choices through the Cookie Settings entry on the site. If you withdraw analytics consent, the change applies going forward in the browser where you made the update.
9. Children
AnimeGen.ai is not intended for children under 18. If we learn that we collected personal data from a child under 18, we may delete the data and terminate the account.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy from time to time. Material updates will be reflected by changing the "Last updated" date on this page.
