1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AnimeGen.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Operator and Contact

AnimeGen.ai is operated by the site operator of AnimeGen.ai. This placeholder description is used until the operator's formal legal name and business address are published. For notices, billing questions, or legal requests, contact hi@animegen.ai.

3. Eligibility and Account Security

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use the service. You are responsible for account activity under your login methods and must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in methods secure, and promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

You are also responsible for the information you choose to submit to the service. Do not upload or submit highly sensitive, regulated, or confidential information unless a specific supported workflow clearly requires it. Shared devices, browser storage, analytics tools, and support workflows may all affect how submitted information is handled, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content

You may not use the service for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or rights-infringing activity. This includes, without limitation, NSFW or adult content, sexual content involving minors, hateful or violent content, deceptive impersonation, deepfake fraud, unlawful surveillance, or uploads that infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights. We may remove content, block outputs, suspend accounts, or refuse service when we reasonably believe a violation, fraud risk, or abuse has occurred.

5. User Content and Rights

You retain your rights in content you upload to the service. You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and consents necessary for your uploads and prompts. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, store, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service for you. We do not use your uploads or generated results for model training, and we do not use them for marketing unless you separately consent.

We may use automated systems and third-party infrastructure to process, store, transmit, scan, log, and secure your content as required to provide the service, enforce our policies, investigate abuse, and maintain platform reliability. Our service providers do not receive broader rights in your content beyond what is needed to perform services for us.

6. Generated Output and Commercial Use

Subject to these Terms, you may use generated output for personal or commercial purposes, including marketing, client work, print use, packaging concepts, and resale. However, AnimeGen.ai does not guarantee that any output is unique, available for exclusive use, non-infringing, fit for a particular purpose, or eligible for copyright protection in any jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.

7. Plans, Credits, Billing, and Renewal

Paid plans include recurring subscription credits. Registration bonus credits, when offered, may be permanent promotional credits. Credit packs are treated as subscription-linked credits unless stated otherwise. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis, monthly or yearly depending on the plan selected, and renew automatically unless canceled before renewal. 8. Cancellation and Refunds

You can cancel at any time from billing settings. Unless a different rule is clearly disclosed at checkout, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund handling follows our Refund Policy.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific output quality, or error-free operation. Features, prices, eligibility rules, and usage limits may change over time.

The service may include cookies, local storage, security logging, analytics, diagnostics, and user behavior tools such as event measurement, heatmaps, and session replay. Where our site offers browser-based privacy or cookie choices, those controls determine whether certain analytics features remain enabled in that browser. Disabling analytics does not disable functionality that is strictly necessary for security, authentication, fraud prevention, payments, or core service operation.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or payment risk, engaged in fraud or abuse, or exposed the service or other users to harm. Termination does not automatically entitle you to a refund.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. AnimeGen.ai and its service providers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the service.

Without limiting the foregoing, we do not guarantee that analytics, logs, recordings, moderation systems, or security tooling will capture every event, preserve every record, or always be available for review. These systems are support mechanisms for operating the service and should not be relied upon as your sole source of evidence, backup, or legal recordkeeping.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the law of the operator's place of residence or business establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at hi@animegen.ai and attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

13. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date on this page. Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
